Receive one e-mail every evening with all the day's blog, creative, and featured creative posts.
This site was originally launched in November of 2006 as a simple aggregator that showed the latest handful of posts for a dozen or so feeds. The format of the site got a little old over time and was difficult to maintain.
After a very long hiatus, this entirely new version of The Ad Feed was created to easily enable growth and encourage interaction. It serves as a filter and showcase for readers to find the latest and greatest advertising news and creative. It’s also a platform to help bloggers and websites that put tons of work and time into their content, expand their readership.
This reincarnation of The Ad Feed is proudly powered by Wordpress, which allowed me to build a simple system that makes it easy for you to read, share, and subscribe to great content, without having to register, login, or jump through hoops. Also, this site would be grounded without the support from the fine folks at MediaTemple, and dozens of plugin developers that enable much of the functionality on this site (Oliver Seidel, Ozh, Charles Johnson, Lester Chan, to name a few).
I’m extremely proud of The Ad Feed and hope it serves as a timesaver and source of inspiration for you.
My name is Travis and I run this show all by my lonesome self. I am a designer turned art director turned web developer who has a diploma from ad school stuffed in a drawer somewhere. Freelance creative has consumed most of my life for the past couple years, and I’m now devoting my sweat and tears to several sites I’ve longed to create, one of which is The Ad Feed.
I tend to talk a lot and invite any adfolk that would like to chat for a bit or grab a beer to get in touch with me: travis@theadfeed.com. If you have a question, compliment, or anxiety attack, you can reach me at that same address.
This site would not exist without our partners that allow us to serve their content and the wonderful people behind them. An enormous thanks to all of the syndicated feeds below, and every individual that has and will contribute to the site through creative, advertising, or warm remarks.
If you’d like us to syndicate another advertising or marketing blog, please contact us with a link and we’d be happy to consider it.
